 Teachers have a unique role in managing the classroom, which requires a range of skills, including human, conceptual, and technical skills. When it comes to dealing with learners' economic and psychological challenges, teachers have to be both empathetic and pragmatic. They must be able to connect with their students while also having the organizational skills necessary to manage the class effectively.

One of the most important human skills that teachers need is empathy. Teachers must be able to understand and relate to their students' needs and challenges. Based on the interview, the teacher did not give up, despite facing many workloads. This resilience and perseverance are only possible if the teacher is able to connect with the students and understand their needs. Additionally, the teacher found motivation to continue teaching because of her children, which shows the power of personal connections to drive people forward. 

In addition to empathy, teachers also need to be highly pragmatic in their approach to addressing the diverse challenges that their students may encounter. Learners come from varied economic and psychological backgrounds, and this requires teachers to find practical solutions to support each individual. They must adapt their teaching methods to cater to students' different learning styles and levels, ensuring that no one is left behind. This delicate balance between empathy and pragmatism allows teachers to create a classroom environment where every student feels valued and capable of achieving their potential.

Effective classroom management, a cornerstone of successful teaching, relies on the application of technical skills. Teachers need to be organized, resourceful, and proficient in utilizing teaching tools and technology. From lesson planning to creating a conducive learning atmosphere, these technical competencies play a vital role in ensuring a smooth educational experience for both teachers and students. As they navigate through the intricacies of teaching, the blend of empathy, pragmatism, and technical acumen equips teachers with the means to inspire and guide the next generation toward a brighter future.
